Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Page One Portal platform and services provided by Page One Insights LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the Portal at pageone.cloud or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Page One Insights provides digital marketing services for local businesses, including but not limited to:
- Google Business Profile optimization and monitoring
- Custom website design, development, and hosting
- Citation submission and monitoring across online directories
- Review monitoring and response management
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Google Analytics and Search Console reporting
- The Page One Portal client dashboard
The specific services provided to you are determined by your service agreement and selected plan.
2. Account Registration and Access
When you become a client, we create a Portal account for your business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Google Account Authorization
Certain Portal features require you to authorize access to your Google account via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Google account, you:
- Grant Page One Portal permission to access the Google services you authorize (Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics) on your behalf.
- Acknowledge that you are the authorized owner or manager of the Google Business Profile(s) you connect.
- Understand that you can revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account settings or through the Portal.
- Agree that our use of Google data is subject to our Privacy Policy and Google's API Services User Data Policy.
4. Website Ownership and Content
Websites built by Page One Insights are custom-designed for your business. Regarding ownership:
- Your content: You retain ownership of all business content, text, images, and logos you provide to us.
- Website code: The website code, design, and framework are owned by Page One Insights LLC and licensed for your use during your active service period.
- Hosting: Websites are hosted on infrastructure managed by Page One Insights. Hosting is included in your monthly service fee.
- Domain names: If you have an existing domain, it remains your property. If we register a domain on your behalf, ownership transfers to you upon request.
5. Portal Content Management
The Portal CMS allows you to edit text and images on your website. You agree that:
- You will only publish content you have the right to use.
- You will not publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
- The website framework (navigation, footer, schema markup, SEO elements) is managed by Page One Insights and is not editable through the Portal CMS.
6. Payment Terms
- Service fees are billed monthly according to your selected plan.
- Payment is processed automatically via the payment method on file.
- Failed payments are subject to our dunning process, which includes automated reminders at 1, 3, 7, and 14 days past due.
- Services may be suspended after 14 days of non-payment.
- One-time fees (website builds, GBP optimization) are billed at the time of service initiation.
- All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
7. Service Level
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Portal platform and hosted websites. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Google APIs, payment processors, hosting infrastructure), force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page One Insights LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or the Portal platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- Portal access will be deactivated.
- Website hosting will cease unless alternative hosting arrangements are made.
- Google API connections will be disconnected and cached data deleted within 30 days.
- You may request an export of your business data before termination.
- Outstanding balances remain due and payable.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Portal or any Page One Insights service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Submit false or misleading business information.
- Attempt to access other clients' data or accounts.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Portal.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
